We ship all our products within India only.
How long will it take to receive the ordered product?
We ship our product the same day or the next. Depending on the courier service in your area, the delivery will be made in 3-5 working days. Rarely, if the item you ordered is out-of-stock, your shipment will be delayed by a shorter period. However, we’ll inform you about the situation and you can opt accordingly. Immediately after shipment, the shipment details will be updated in your account’s status page. Delay/damage ensued to the product, during transaction will be taken care by us.
What do I do, if the goods I ordered haven’t arrived?
Once your order has been shipped out, we’ll provide you the tracking ID in your account page. You can track your product transaction, using the tracking ID, from the site mentioned therewith. If you find any difficulty in tracking your product, kindly write to us.
What should I do, if I’ve problem placing my order?
If you encounter any problem, at any point of your order placement, abandon your cart and place a new order. If you’ve already paid, don’t fret, write to us or place a call over the tele-number.

How will I know the shipment of my order?
Once your order has been shipped out, an automated email containing the tracking ID will be sent to the registered email ID. And you can find the respective information on your account page.
